「Fabulous modern Miami themed hotel the beds are super comfortable and Aircon which is very much needed this weekend. The staff was so friendly and helpful proper service with a smile and all very engaging. Fabulous view of the sea and a gorgeous pool. My only criticism was filling the kettle in the modern sink difficult !」

「Amazing location. The beach is on your doorstep. Really friendly staff on arrival. Not so great in the bar and at breakfast. Didn’t have the same personal feeling / vibe for everyone . Could not fault the view or the area surrounding the hotel. Really enjoyed going across the water on the chain ferry. Would visit again for the location.」

「Fabulous stay at the hotel. Charmane and the team made us so welcome. The restaurant served wonderful food. The rooms were clean and inviting. We couldn't have asked for more」

「Room was comfortable and clean. Doors tend to slam so you can have noisy neighbours. Garden was big and plenty of seating but needs some tlc and more kids stuff. Food was average at best. Some staff were great, some need more training. Not sure I’d stay again.」

「We chose this hotel because of its fabulous location and the photos on the website, which made it look stylish and inviting. Unfortunately, the reality didn’t match our expectations. The hotel itself is looking quite tired and could really do with some refurbishment.
