"This is a great property. It’s near The Galleria, several eateries and only 15 minutes from downtown via the Tollway (you don’t need a toll tag). The best thing about this hotel is the team. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was awesome. Definitely recommend "

"At first I was disappointed because my room wasn't clean upon arrival and I had to wipe down the fridge but Dakota at the front desk service made up for it. She was extremely polite and made sure my entire room was cleaned immediately. The hotel is a little dated but the location is perfect for nearby shopping and food"
