"unfortunately, they are undergoing MAJOR entryway construction…also unfortunate is that there was no staff to assist us as we attempted to enter (dragging our own luggage). Front desk staff was indifferent when we asked for help…suggesting we wait for a luggage cart"

"We loved staying at Lorenzo it was a unique hotel with art everywhere. The room also had some personality, it was such a cool experience compared to standard hotel rooms everywhere else. The staff was 10/10 and so helpful/accommodating. We took the time to walk around the hotel and there were so many photo ops. Hotel was clean. It was a great stay, and the price was very affordable compared to other hotels"

"The room was very good, but the reception staff were poor. They were unwelcoming and didn't tell me that that the internet wasn't working in my room. When I tried to log on, I couldn't so had to go all the way down to reception to as why. When I got there, the staff just said that the internet had been down since the morning. If that was the case, why didn't they tell me when I checked in? And there was absolutely no hint of an apology. Would I stay there again? Probably, because the room was good. But they really need to train their staff better."
