The staff was kind. However there was ripped carpet and window shade in our room. Also-the internet quit working in our room so we were not able to watch any tv apps or connect to WiFi. The hotel staff restarted our tv but that did not help. It was frustrating.

Front desk let us check in early and it was such a nice surprise- we were there for a football game so the extra hour was nice!! Staff was amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel!!

This was one of the best Hotels I’ve stayed in. The Hilton is already reputable but this hotel was beautiful, stayed on the 20th floor and the panoramic view from the room looking over the city is what set the tone! I will always book this hotel hopefully the same room! 😅
