"Clean room - and very convenient location (connected to the Kansai Airport). It was nice to stay one night there after arriving on an evening flight. This way we didn't need to try to catch the train with our luggage into Osaka City. "

"Great hotel. The room was nice but nothing too special. Big bathroom. Staff is super friendly! Self check in was easy but the staff helped out anyways. Shopping district is directly across the street and only a few minutes walk from the station. Tons of stores and shops and restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant as well but didn’t try it. Looked good though. I would recommend staying here if you want to be as close as possible to the action without it being too busy in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Everything was great from the hospitality to the service. Having a personal shuttle take you around town was great considering how "hilly" the terrain is in Arimaonsen. The onsens (hotsprings) are forbsure the main attraction and the time allotted to rent each onsen (45 minutes a session) was certainly generous. I've stayed here twice already and I'm already looking forward to returning someday."
