Our host was incredible and made for an unforgettable first-time trip to Japan.

I like cleaning room , staff cooperation,Laundry was excellent but they have no kitchen facilities. However, just next to the hotel lot of restaurants are there also 7-11 is next to the hotel, overall it is a very good property.

Here’s a polished 3 star review you can use: The pictures online are beautiful, and the hotel makes a strong first impression when you walk in. The high-rise building feels elegant and peaceful, and the view is beautiful. Reception is on the 22nd floor, then you take a second elevator to reach the rooms. The location is very convenient near the train station, which was a plus. However, overall, we were not impressed. There were four of us, and the room was advertised as a suite with two additional twin beds, but those extra beds felt more like cots. The room itself was very small, felt outdated, and did not match the impression from the online photos. It was quiet and in a nice location, but the room was not impressive enough for us. Overall, I would give it 3 stars.

Great location that are still quiet.

Randor was a great place to stay for a family of 4. It was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Throughout or trip we often went to the grocery store to pick up ingredients to cook something up. We loved the small kitchenette and the sitting area to eat! It was a super peaceful place to reside in Kyoto. Highly recommend to other families.
