"The breakfast menu was excellent. The hotel had a small pool and gym in a nice location. The room was clean and well-equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave. The bathroom was luxurious with Crab Tree The staff was friendly, and it was close to everything. However, there was no jacuzzi. We enjoyed the welcome reception with finger foods. We would definitely book this hotel again if we return to Chicago."

"Hotel is pretty big, but old as well. Rooms are very small, old, and not very clean. Not worth the money."

"I was there for one night. It was a great price and it came with 2 complimentary drinks per person and a breakfast voucher. Staff was very nice from check in to staff at breakfast. The room was nice and spacious. All clean, no complaints. I thought it was a buffet style breakfast but it was a dine in experience. The bar was packed and they only had one bartender. It took over 10 mins to get a drink. "

Staff was nowhere to be found a couple times at the front desk, had asked for some extra blankets and toilet paper and never received until we called the desk an hour later. Valet parking wasn’t terrible except for 1 issue of not getting our car for almost an hour of waiting. "
