The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful (provided ice for us, held our luggage, helped us with directions). Our only 1 concern was with the beds, which were very hard. I awoke each morning feeling a little sore. "

"The only thing I would want to change…. We were in the lobby after midnight trying to work on some flight issues. The background music was so loud and too rock and roll for that late at night. Hard to make phone calls. Other than that I loved the place."

"This was a lovely hotel. Great location (literally steps away from public transit and grocery stores) with a nice garden out front. The room was nicely furnished and had a handy microwave and fridge. The hotel also had a laundry room. The only thing stopping this hotel from getting a 4 star was the shower. The shower could not maintain a constant temperature and would fluctuate constantly from freezing cold to scorching hot without touching the controls. "

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. Average service. We booked it because it was close to the airport and included shuttle. However the shuttle is only free from the airport — oddly, they charged us 10 Swiss francs per person to go for the airport. So that added 60 francs to the cost of our room. "
