Really nice place to stay! Short walk downtown. Really really clean! Clean tidy room, nice view with the balcony. We didnt know what to expect about the shared shower and toilet but it was just well made. It is separated from the room, its a single shower with toilet and another toilet you can lock ...

very nice hotel room and very helpful staff, we were on the top floor and had a view of the alps from our bedroom, there were also terraces to watch the sunset. everything was very clean, would 100% recommend and stay again :)

Novotel Zurich City West
Loved the location. Easy to get around. Pool was a nice bonus. Even the pull out was comfortable. Beer was cold in the lobby lounge! :)

INSIDE FIVE City Apartments
Would be better if whatsapp messages were replied too faster. I initially wanted to extend one day but there was no reply in order to reserve directly through them. The electric cooker had an issue couldnt turn it on.could be cleaner The location considering the price was pretty good
