西シラキュースの三つ星ホテル

「The room was very clean and your liking. The pool was freezing and not heated like stated in the sea of the property. Staff were not helpful. They were often sitting on their phones or eating. The breakfast was terrible. The waffle makers did not work. It was not open at the time stated and the juices were rancid. The staff did help after bringing up these discrepancies. We will not stay again.」

「No air conditioning. rooms were very hot first couple of nights. Window wouldn’t open to outside and no maintenance available to fix the window. They did not clean our room the 3 days we were there even though they seemed to be cleaning rooms around us. Staff were friendly but seemed to be understaffed. Definitely not up to the same standard as other embassy suites 」

「Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly l. The walls are think and we could hear alot of noise in the hall and the doors are not soft closing so when people came out of the room the doors slammed shut. But I would stay there again」

「I stayed two nights. A nice view from the road to hotel. Getting off taxi and went into entrance, you can see a pretty courtyard from reception. Room was not so large but comfortable and good enough to me. You can buy some drink and food at the reception counter. It was convenient. Jacuzzi seemed to be nice. There is a loundry machine. There are a few restaurants around the hotel. Those are fine, I like steak at Ruby Tueseday very much. Though I did not care at all, but some may care....

「Room was small. Blanket and comforter too heavy for the season. Queen bed felt undersized. Slate floor as you entered room was broken and cracked. Birch veneer on the TV cabinet/closet was peeling and cracked. Check in staff was great. 」
