「Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Understand English very well. The only issue was with the water pressure in the bathroom an the hot water. We didn't t ask for help just kind of blundered through with it I’m sure they would have helped if we had asked 」

「The staff were excellent and very accommodating throughout the stay, in particular with our allergen requirements (gluten). The transfer process was easy to arrange but be aware that a member of staff will contact you via WhatsApp so you’ll need internet access a day or two beforehand. The room we had was spectacular and very clean. All round a great experience and would highly recommend. 」

「The room was excellent, the front desk staff was good but Chan in particular excelled. She was so helpful, polite and friendly that it made my stay. I don't go to another country expecting them to speak English, it is the world's second choice for a language and the main language of tourism so its was a bonus that Chan spoke very good English. Great value, friendly servers for breakfast and very efficent cleaning staff. Most important to me was that it was what it appears to be on the listing....

「We tru-ly enjoyed our stay at Tru Hilton as the staff were fabulous. They offered an early check-in and were helpful throughout as it was during "TET"when everything was closed. The balcony view was excellent to see all the fireworks. The staff even gave us a gift for the Lunar New Yr! Breakfast was delicious too! We loved the modern decor and hip vibe of the hotel spaces.
