The staff Jenny, Jimmy, Mimi, truly and all are so kind, courteous and very helpful to our needs. We will stay here again next year. The breakfast is so good! I love our stay in Hanoi Signature. Highly recommended I will come back here in the future.

Hotel breakfast bar was the best I have had in Vietnam. Spectacular shower in the deluxe suite. Staff was very helpful.
Hotel room’s power shuts off when you leave the room. So electronic devices cannot be charged. And the AC shuts off resulting in a damp and humid room with really wet floors. Enough to slip on.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great location! Breakfast was only a 2 min walk away in a different hotel and a nice way to start the day. Angela had been great organising a pick up and drop off from the airport and we were able to leave our luggage in the foyer for our very late departure. I would stay here again.
