"Clean room, reasonable price, safe location."

"Could change up the meals more, sausage everyday i was there and i don't like the sausage at all, just not a good sausage. Oatmeal was overcooked and snotty. Staff was very nice. Evening meals weren't great. Nacho cheese was separating and not good. Not very good varieties "

"The room was extremely clean. The toilet seat was loose. I didn’t report it since I only stayed one night. I didn’t have breakfast since it was not included with room price, coffee in the room was terrible so I had coffee delivery from Starbucks. Various Restaurants nearby so plenty of places to eat within area. Parking lot was good size. Staff were polite. It mentioned coffee available in the lobby but that's not the case. Probably won't stay here again. But it's a very nice hotel. "

"Apparently they had been rentivating, so when I got into my room, which was a double suite, the drywall was still drying the cables to the T. V were hanging out of the walls and the dressers that the TV set on were in the middle of the floor. Sheet Rockwell all over the floor I went to the front desk to ask for a new room. He said there were no more of that type, so I asked if someone could go cleanup the mess and hook up the TVS, and he said he'd had no one to do that. They had no vacuum so he gave me a broom and I had to clean the room myself. I was not compensated for anything even when I went to check out no one at the desk to help me and no one ever came to clean the room the next day, like he said. Overall the beds were clean. There was no soap in the showers no shampoo the door that adjoined the 2 suites would not stay open by itself, so I had to prop it up with a chair Yeah, without any comps I probably will never stay here again.."

"No frills, but met the basics for the 12 nights I stayed (for conference). Room was clean; air conditioner was occasionally noisy but kept the temp comfortable; room service didn't refill soap/ conditioner, but didn't run out until the day before I left. Bed was firm and comfortable; 48-52" TV. Bagels, cereals, yogurt, apples, muffins, usually "brown" bananas, plus juices, tea, coffee and milk every morning. Small fitness center met the basics. Staff, especially Mahdi (?) was great! Would definitely stay there again"

"Nice, big rooms. Great hot breakfast foods that changed daily. Cordial staff. Really good coffee. Please note this hotel is located near the sports complex of Frisco, TX. Spent 5 nights to visit family. The walls are thin and when rooms are filled with kids equals not much peace and quiet. Front desk gave me earplugs."
