I had planned this trip as a surprise for my wife's birthday, booking a month in advance to make the occasion special. Unfortunately, just one to two hours after checking in, while my wife and I were already asleep, a staff member used a master key to unlock and open our room without our permission or prior warning. We later learned that another guest had requested a room transfer,...

「We had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated their warm hospitality. The room was cozy and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Looking forward to staying here again!」

「Room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good.」
