"Great location in the seafront and boarder with Hove. Rooms have been refurbished, good value for money. Bar was expensive but only had one drink there. "

"Great location, parking, near shops, restaurants and Preston Park to walk and exercise. All staff friendly and helpful especially Galina, Alexandra, Ali and Roy. Room super clean and comfortable bed.
