My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. The only tiny, tiny complaint I can make is that the bed was really firm. However, I would stay there again. Everything else was great.

Really sweet, clean and bright little apartment in a good location for shops and restaurants. Communication from the host was spot on and access into the apartment was so practical and straightforward. I would definitely stay here again as for a short stay (when you’re not really needing to cook much), it’s got such a wholesome and welcoming feel! Our apartment was up a few flights of narrow stairs so just mentioning that in case anyone has mobility issues though.

Great location, in a residential area, close to beach, restaurants, nightlife. Good sized apt, and in very good condition. Bathroom a little small, but shower was decent size and good water pressure. Parking can be a little difficult, but owner provided good recommendations and always found a spot. Would definitely stay again.

Superb apartment in a great location

We had an overnight stay here and the apartment exceeded expectations. Spotless throughout and very tastefully decorated, it was perfect for our family (couple and toddler). The host was incredibly helpful and responds to messages quickly. The access was easy and the sofabed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept on! Would highly recommend and look forward to another stay soon, thank you.

Renovated clean place with a comfy double-bed (the bed sofa not so, unfortunately) and a small pentry with a micro-wave. No cooking facilities though. Close to bus stops, restaurants, city center and Brighton beach. Very neat and nice. Highly recommended

Perfect for a short break.

Fresh and clean, this apartment was perfect for a couple of nights stay. Arrival and departure were very easy. Close to everything in Brighton. Very comfortable. All slept brilliantly. In the attic so lots of steps to get to it but fine if fit and able. With two teenagers it was ideal for two nights but might need more space if staying for longer. Nice towels, bedding, little extras.

Upper Rock rocks! :)

Travelling with family to visit family in Brighton. Just needed place for one night. This was exceptionally convenient and close to everything especially the beach and pier. Place seems to have been newly renovated so everything was very clean indeed! Couldn't park right outside but managed to find parking on Marine parade only a few minutes walk away. Parking instructions that were sent were very helpful. Place suited us perfectly and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent communication with owner. Apartment (Apt B) spotless clean, good size, bedroom at rear so quiet and no road noise. Everything looked new, comfortable double bed (not king size) Lots of good cafes around the corner for quality breakfasts and coffee. 10 to 15min walk to centre of Brighton. Was looking for a short 2 night stay in a clean comfortable room. This accommodation exceeded our expectations and great value will definitely come back next time in Brighton. Only one negative…parking is a nightmare, not just this area but most of Brighton. All surrounding streets are 2hrs max stay with payment by downloading a parking app. This is the same for most NCP’s. I was aware of this prior to my stay so rented a driveway (8mins away) through “Just Patk” £38 for a 3 day stay - much cheaper than parking charges
