The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is ideal and well connected, being only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. My only real "issue" - and it's barely an issue was that the room was very hot but the staff immediately provided fans on request. I would go again and would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.

Free breakfast included, I slept in though so didn’t go. The room was surprisingly small for one at first but when you get settled in, it’s quite cozy. Luckily, a massive fan was provided during the summer so that’s great. Parking was free, though the car park was very small so you had to be lucky or timely to get a space (I was lucky). The location was a 50 min walk from the sea front or a 10 min drive. Free water was also provided in the room which was very nice.

Overall a very good stay. Only 1 bath towel provided for the weekend for two people. Asked cleaning staff if they could put another toilet roll in room as running out, they did not.

Look it was a hell of lot cheaper than what I could find. I had no problem with the place although I can see why people would have. I wanted somewhere to crash and have a shower. Stayed for four nights. If you want quality look elsewhere, If you want friendly staff, good breakfast, a clean bed and a reasonable bathroom you can't fault it.

Good price, parking was a good perk, and staff were all helpful and friendly. However the hotel looks very tired - my room had broken fixtures & sockets, ripped dated furniture, and no hot water in the morning. The bar had ants crawling over trays & cat vomit on the carpet. The hotel is in a very good location with ample free parking. The room and bathroom were large and clean with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. The hotel is somewhat dated and does look like it could benefit from some renovations but i believe it is under new ownership and so hopefully this will be done. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel needs a spruce up in places and basic. However still great value for the price paid. Staff go out if their way to check your stay is enjoyable. Easy access to Brighton sea front - 30 min walk or few stops on bus with bus stop directly outside property. Fred parking was a massive bonus for trip to Brighton for the day.

Slightly tired decor although it is being repainted. Room warm and good size with plenty of tea and coffee and bottled water. Comfortable bed. Friendly welcome and breakfast host was very helpful and friendly. Nice cooked breakfast. Good value.

The hotel is ok for a stopover. Decor and upkeep needs some tlc. Breakfast ok. There is a bus stop outside the hotel that takes you to the city centre. National express stops outside. Basic English breakfast buffet of the usual. A choice of eggs would be good. In general not bad value of the stay.
