"It was so good. Room is clean and nice!!"

"Bathrooms are shared but everything else about this location is lovely. The staff is wonderful. The convenience to shops, restaurants, and the ski mountain are excellent. The breakfast was good and the pleasant common area was a great place to meet people, relax, and enjoy. The rooms are simple but pleasant and there's even storage for ski/snowboard equipment. I will definitely return."

"This property would be good for self drive definitely, but not advisable if u are taking public transport. It is 2KM from the bus terminal. The host provided a really powerful heating panel which we also used to dry all our clothes and was hot and crisp after 10 hours. Host was very kind and friendly. Lake Toya was raining the two days we were there so we checked out after 1 day unfortunately. "

"Property was a short walk to the niseko bus line, lots of parking for our rental gear, washer and dryer was great, and breakfast abs company lovely! "

"We stayed for one wonderful week, with 1 room for 3, and 1 double room for 1. Our hosts provided for everything, including delicious dinners, one a sushi dinner and the other a pork based dinner. Both were beautifully done and a great way to experience traditional Japanese food. As a bonus for skiiers the Inn was only about 200 yards from the Annupuri gondola and walking distance to a variety of local restaurants. A delightful experience overall. "

"An extraordinary experience. A two story room! Cozy hosts, a heated basement for ski equipment, only 4 min walk away from the lifts and ski rental. The only nuisance is that there are only two showers at the bottom and sometimes they are taken. There is a laundry room downstairs with coin laundry. The heater is too intense and partially melted my suitcase…be careful. Otherwise lovely stay. "

"The owner “Yama sang” and staff are so polite and nice. Yama sang would drop you off at ski resorts and major hotels and attractions if you need a ride. Breakfast is included although the stay is very reasonable. Breakfasts were excellent. I had problems coming back home since I couldn’t make bus reservations. Yama sang called bus company for us and successfully made a bus reservation for us. Although google may say “temporarily closed”, they are open. Their restaurant business is closed from...

"The staff were amazing! Best price in town. We took the shuttle every morning and then walked back after skiing. The breakfast was free and I decided to skip it but the Ramon restaurant at night was really tasty. Our skis were safe and in a warmed locker. Really wonderful overall."

"Facilities are clean and staff very helpful. Onsite restaurant is ok and serve breakfast (included) /lunch/dinner, has basic bar. Storage locker and garage under bunk are very spacious."

"Communication with Banff was very good. Room was everything I could have expected, having our own bathroom and bath was a bonus. My only qualm is that the beds were a bit old and that the couch in the room just took up a lot of space when trying to sort out our massive ski bags… overall very happy with the stay!"

"Very nice owner/hostess. This is a very clean typocal Japanese pension. Nothing fancy except the toilets, which are the high tech heated seats/bidet. Conveniently located in Hirafu village with easy ski access. "

"Property is operated like a vending machine. No staff to check you in. This was ok. The rooms were very small and cramped but I was expecting this as we booked budget accommodation. Would have given it more stars except they only provided 1 pillow each which meant that we didn’t sleep well. "
