"We came for a short stay to recharge between our destinations. This property is older, but the rooms and the bath were clean. The room was very spacious and had extra blankets and stuff which was nice. Free snacks and alcohol was awesome!! The baths were also so relaxing. Sweet views and chill vibes. We loved getting a taste of the authentic Japanese stay experience. Not a lot of options for food since the town (?) was really small. Worth it for the quiet nature experience though."

"Safe and clean. Very convenient."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Snowhouse is located close to Ishiuchi ski area and rental shops. "

"Clean room and nice staff! Has a private onsen too. "

"The room is clean, friendly staff but breakfast is very basic. "

"Staff was friendly and working hard. Room was clean, comfortable and nicely updated… but they’re fighting an uphill battle against an aging run down building with apparently a long-broken elevator for 6 floors. Great price on difficult to find lodging in the area."

"This place is so special. The room are remodeled beautifully and with respect to traditional style and everyone working here is kind and helpful. Highly recommend."

"Everything you need and nothing that you don't. Just beware that in could only find one place for dinner in the area and bring breakfast."

"Good hotel"

"The guesthouse is conveniently located very close to the ski resort. The interior is clean and cozy, and the ski equipment rental prices are very affordable. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended accommodation in Nozawa."

"Clean Room, good view"
