「Very clean house in an excellent location!」

「Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. 」

「The property is impressive and when you look at the large windows onto the beach and water, you will fall in love. The house is spacious with many rooms spread over several floors. The master suite is huge and like a resort all on its own. The pool is a bit smaller than it seems in photos, but makes for a great spot to dunk and beat the heat. 「The condo is stunning, large, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The location is FABULOUS and we loved the bikes. The building itself is obviously experiencing some structural challenges and the wood framing on all the porches was a little unsettling. 「Great house with plenty to do with a large group. 」

「We loved the house. Large rooms, nice comfy beds. The bikes and golf cart are a must. We used both every day. We had a couple issues with a bike but the property management fixed it immediately. If you are staying in the house and plan to use the 3rd floor loft, please remind Property Manager to turn in the AC in the AM.
