"Good typical accomodation. Everything was great, I’ve very slept well. Great location. You can arrived at the time you can. It’s self check in and check out. There is no people at the receptions but everything was ok : I totally recommend it"

"The owner is quite friendly and super friendly. It was absolutely nice stay. Really appreciate that."

"A delightful place to stay! Friendly, helpful staff, relaxing lobby, very comfy beds, clean rooms, quiet location but close to the prettiest spots in Gion. A++++"

"Great spot to stay at for a few days! "

"Very helpful staff and the view of the pagoda from the room is great. Also loved having a coffee stand right outside the hotel. Downside is 99% of taxi drivers won’t want to drive directly to the hotel, so you’ll have to drag your luggage up the hill through crowds of people."

"Good location"

"Great location near to everything and place had everything we needed and was clean and tidy"

"Great location, good nice and friendly hotel."

"Loved everything about this place. Location room staff"

"Easy to check in and check out. "

"Very clean. Great location. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"Excellent location, amazing service, and wonderful stay"

"The staff at the front desk was very helpful. We love being able to cook some eggs and toast for breakfast a few days because we had pots and pans that we could use. The location is close to a station which makes things easy. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the fact that we could easily walk to some neighborhood grocery stores when we needed things. There are also convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. Great little spot."

"Clean room, very close to lots of shops and restaurants. Beautiful area."

"First of all, I wanna say don’t be alarmed by the lack of reviews. The hotel is new, it just opened 3 months ago. For the price, the quality is outstanding. Big room and you have everything you need. They change the towels daily and tidy up the room, which is unusual for hotels in Japan. Most hotels claim to have eco-friendly service and don’t offer daily housekeeping. There’s a lounge for guests open from 7 AM to midnight with snacks, pastries and drinks, including alcohol. I wanna thank Igor...
