Pick up by owner at kyoto station Traditional house in perfect condition, modern bathroom, good shower, beautiful decoration, very clean, good beds, washmachine and dryer, daily cleaning, owner brings every day tasty breakfast, nice treats to discover, couple of owners are delicious! Present and discrete at same time Location is very near of most of sightseeing, transport and supermarket: 7 minutes walk For the 4 of us it was a perfect stay!"

"Stayed for a few nights, coming back late at night and leaving early in the mornings. The private room was clean and the shared areas and bathrooms were also clean. I did wish the private room had a lockable door, but lockers are provided for free. The hostel was nice and quiet at night and I didn't wake to loud noise while sleeping. "We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient with easy access to subway lines that take you to Kyoto station. This is very important as it is not possible to take large luggage with you on the local buses. It close to Gion and many restaurants."

The staff can speak english very well, and there was also many forgeiners in the guesthouse which was very reassuring.
