"This property is very central and its situated near a major road junction. We were lucky with the weather during our visit and the rooms do jot have AC, therefore we needed to keep the windows open and the traffic noise may keep people up during the night. We managed fine however and enjoy our stay and each room has a fan to help with temperature. It's location is its best feature by far, and the staff were very efficient. I would recommend taking the breakfast if you are on a budget as eating out is expensive in Zurich. You can buy breakfast when booking or at reception at 20chf each. If I was to return to Zurich I would use this hotel again"
"The location is excellent, and the staff are commendable. However, the primary concern was the absence of hot water pressure in the shower. Despite multiple requests, the staff appeared unable to resolve the issue. If a hot shower is a priority for your vacation, this is a factor to consider."
"The hotel is nice and the staff is very polite and kind. However, I think there is room for improvement and the hotel should be more flexible for guests arriving in the morning and try to check them in earlier than the official time of 15pm."
