"I've stayed here a few times each time I've had a different experience the staff is usually really helpful though this time our room was really tiny compared to the last stay they kept saying it was the same size it wasnt. Also I was charged a fee maybe for breakfast or something I had called to asked about the breakfast buffet and never went because I knew I could go down and pay but they automatically deducted it from my credit card on file im planning on going back but both my child and I never went to the breakfast buffet. That im upset about. I didnt get a receipt either at the end when I was leaving it showed up as a charge on my account. For the most part the hotel does a wonderful job just when they have layovers and airline staff no matter the room you book is not that good. They place you in shoebox size room make sure you check in early. The best part is it located close to everything that is needed you can take the monorail, bus, keikyu line transfer to the shinkansen so please no there is 24 hour convince store also check out is smooth they hold your bags till you leave. You can also stay later if you need to and space is available."

"This hotel is not only very clean and has friendly staff, but its overall I believe convenient if your flight lands in Haneda airport, especially if you are jet lagged it’s its help to know you have a hotel close by, or if you are departing from Japan back home I also recommend staying here that way you are on time for you flight."

"Once you enter the building you are in awe, it’s a must for Godzilla fans, and a bonus if you stay at the hotel you will receive a post cards of Godzilla in your room. The staff is friendly too and the view from your hotel window from seeing the sights of Shinjuku city to the Godzilla head its self is amazing. I recommend it at least for the one time experience if you are a Godzilla fan!"

"Although the staff were polite, they were not very helpful. We arrived late in the evening and had to stand around for a significant period of time before anyone came to help. They had many free toiletries available which we only found out on day two were available to all visitors. Given it was our first trip to Japan, it would have been nice to be better supported."
