"Keio Plaza was wonderful. The room (2757) had a great view we could see the sky tree. Proximity to the station was great. The little extras in the room was a nice touch. We did have issues with luggage sending (it was not sent the day it was supposed to be, ultimately since I had an AirTag in the bag, I noticed and they did get my bag to the next hotel on time. Be aware there is a long line at 9am for luggage shipping. We had it there at 7 and there was no line. Overall I could not recommend Keio Plaza enough. We did not try any dining but the on site 7/11 was vital for morning coffee because there was only instant in the room. "

"It was our second stay here and I have nothing but praise. Hotel is very conveniently located, staff is friendly and very helpful (the've returned me my credit card before I realized that I left it in my laundry). Food options and experience are great. Views from the room are simply amazing! Will definetely stay here next time!"

"While the room size was just sufficient for our luggage, we found the laundry facilities lacking; the dryers were ineffective, forcing us to air-dry damp clothes in our room. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the overall service was exceptional. The hotel location is near the train station thus making our trips to and from Shibuya very easy. There will be a next time for us to book in this hotel."

"I only stayed one night, but enjoyed the stay and had no issues. Super convenient as its connected to Haneda terminal 3 departure counters. Kioks for easy check in and checkout. They had my luggage delivered to my room which was really nice. Room was a bit small but perfect for one person. Good breakfast. Will stay again."

"While the hotel has laundry service, it does not provide coin laundry in the building, which is a minor inconvience for quick short one night stays. You may be required to queue for entry to the breakfast buffet so do allocate some time for that "

"Pretty small but we booked it only for one night as we were planning a night out in golden gai. Easy to spot and had a nice cafe + rooftop bar in the building. Great as a single stop if in the area."
