「Overall the unit and property were fabulous. The check-in process was easy - we appreciated all of the emails beforehand. There’s no doubt this property is a 10 overall. That having been said, our group uniformly agreed that 3 improvements would have made it even better.1. Microwave turning piece needs to be replaced in order to avoid sparking when using it.2. 「2nd floor villa was clean, attractive, lacks nothing. It was quiet. No disturbances from outside. It was very secure. The beach and ocean views were spectacular. We even enjoyed a visit as guests to the Ritz Carlton shops and lounge area, a short walk away.」

"立地も設備も申し分ないホテルで、非常に居心地よく過ごさせていただきました。浴室のお湯が出ないというトラブルが発生しましたが、器材交換や別部屋の浴室貸し出しなど、対応が迅速でした。最終的に修繕の見込みなしとなり、同等の別室を手配してもらうことになりましたが、対応については満足のいくものでした。"
