"Room was all disorganized tv pushed out with dresser, nightstand pulled away from wall, shower had no water pressure. Will not be back to this location. "

"It was a decent place for an over night stay. They only have a Nescafé coffee machine that you have to wait in line for. It wasn’t working right so we should have used the small one in our room. It would make a lot of people happy if they had regular coffee carafes like every other hotel. "

"There was an issue with the heat and fan. Had a hard time getting it turned on. Had to continuously keep pressing the buttons until it went and stayed on. I realize that my room was in the old/original section but the room only had 1 electrical outlet in the main part. There was one in the bathroom but I wasn't going to plug in my devices right next to the sink. Everything is automated and there is nobody onsite for issues that come up. There is also a vent in the bathroom that clanked and banged ALL night long. I was tired when I laid down and tired when I woke up. Couldn't wait to get home!"

"Pool was clean. The guy at the counter was unfriendly and seemed as if he didn’t want to be bothered There was no coffee made at 9 am. He made the coffee and then he dumped it by 11 am He belongs in the back, not the face of the hotel. Not accommodating at all"
