"The cost of this hotel is too high for the current condition. The room I had in the main building was outdated and the bedding and carpet were soiled. Family was staying in the updated luxury rooms and they were ok but still not worth the price. "

"My room flooded and was caused apparently from another rooms bathroom leaking. They did not even send someone up to mop up the water. My laptop, AirPods, backpack, and chords/chargers were wet, and I have to pay to get my computer checked as some keys aren’t working. They gave me one night off my final transaction, and upon asking if there was anything else they can do for me, the manager said “one night is already a lot.” Disappointed, I come in April every year and usually enjoy it and previously have been happy every stay, but this incident ruined it for me. "
