「The house was very clean, and cozy. The description does however need to be updated. The pool is not a block away, its a 14-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive, the beach, play area and dock are about 3 blocks away. Renters deserve to have the correct information when spending money to go on vacation. It was a great stay. The Beach and dock are wonderful!」

「The master bed was very comfy….with nice view of the water. we enjoyed our stay and Stephen was the greatest! He even let us check out late because of a huge storm going on. The house has lots of games and entertainment even if the weather takes a turn…..we didn’t cook because town was so close— the country cottage was amazing place for breakfast and we went to blue duck for dinner….just burgers and beer…..nice weekend out of the city!!」

「My wife and I visited from the Houston area. The drive to the house was easy. The house and the location are beautiful. Great views of the water, fishing, and nearby hikes. 「We had the best time at this home. Not to mention the host was very helpful and communicative from the time we booked until the min we left. We loved the upstairs downstairs set up. Plenty of pillows and blankets for extra comfort. This host left no stone unturned. Best rental we have ever had.」

So, when we pulled in to the carport both of noticed lots and lots of dirt covering the French drain at end of driveway; covering most of said drain! Then overnight it stormed! 「The property was beautiful and it was very relaxing overall. The only problem we had was bugs. They were swarming at the front door, dead at the front door and once inside they were on the ceiling. Consequently, my wife and I spent the first couple of hours cleaning up bugs. I found out that they were coming in from the window unit. I reported it to the owner and i was able to close up the area where they were coming in which made the rest of the stay worthwhile. Like I stated earlier the place...

「Really liked this place. Wanted to get away for a few days so we rented this property because of the proximity to the lake. We decided to bring our boat down and thankfully the marina down the road allowed us easy access to the lake. Got some good fishing in. The house was clean and looked well taken care of. Nothing to complain about in the slightest. Just an a great trip overall!」

「We were more than 12 people stayed in here, overall, our experience was very nice but there are couple areas, like garage, decks, windows need your attention. The property manager was quick to respond to messages while we were at the location, which is appreciated. They bought a new grill and water hose on our request. Overall, this property offered a great value, and we enjoyed a lot. We would return again.」
