"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. "This house and property are so charming, beautiful and Always clean. We have been here 3 times now and it is always amazing. Sunsets on the dock, the privacy and peacefulness of the property, not to mention the great fishing!! Love the acreage, my dog had a blast. The birding is always incredible, there was a bald eagle nesting nearby so we saw and heard it as well as the Mississippi kites. Love this place!! Thank you Emily and family!"

"This cabin was exactly what my husband and I wanted to rent to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. The property is very private, quiet, and peaceful. The cabin and property itself were very clean and taken care of. The hot tub was great and super clean as well. We loved all the Texas decor and the rooster theme in the kitchen. The cabin also had plenty of cooking and drinking utensils. The WiFi worked great. All in all, the cabin was very homey and comfortable which is exactly what we needed considering we stayed for 6 days! Would 100% stay here again."

"We had an amazing stay. Beth, the host was an absolute doll. The house was beautiful and the arcade room was a complete hit with the kids. The neighborhood was amazing and we had a blast spending our days at the pool. I honestly could not have asked for anything more. Loved it!"

"This is our second year staying at Margaritavilla, and it was just as wonderful as last year. Plenty of space to spread out, there's the Man Cave to keep busy with pool and foosball, and the new and improved rope swing out at the dock! And the margarita machine was a hit! Our group had a fantastic time. Highly recommended without hesitation!"
