気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Our room was damp & smelled of mold. Water damage/mold evident in room & hallway. Bedding was damp. Carpet was damp & FILTHY. My daughters feet were BLACK & gritty after walking from shower to bed. No coffee cups in rm or coffee service area, just stryo condiment cups. Bathroom faucet was leaky, closet door handle broken. No extra TP. At checkout no Manager available, desk clerk offered some excuses, said no biz cards available so i could contact her manager. I rarely leave reviews of any sort but this place is a safety hazard & should just be shut down until it can be repaired. NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM HAMPTON!!!
