"The room was fine but I was surprised and somewhat aggravated to find that after I had booked and paid for my room through Expedia I was asked to pay a $50 room deposit upon arrival! I have stayed at several Comfort Inns and this has never been asked of me. He said it would be refunded if there was no damage to the room when we left!!😳. We are both seniors traveling with no pets nor children, got there late and left the next morning without breakfast and the room was definitely left in good condition. When questioned about my refund he told me it would be 5 to 7 business days before I would see it credited on my card. This is somewhat frustrating to me. We won’t stay here again due to this practice."

"Perfect rental for our annual trip to Lake Livingston with friends. House has everything you need and right on the water. Host is a great communicator! The family of deer that we saw each day was an unexpected TREAT! We will definitely be back next year!"

"My kiddos and friends had a great time. There was plenty to do and a great spot on the lake. The host responded quickly and gave great recommendations. The grill was out when we first arrived (wasn’t aware) and he immediately replaced it without asking."

"Game room was nothing as advertised. There had been a wall added and turned into a a bedroom & bath instead of the wide open game room in pictures. 4 of the bunk beds were outside in the “game room”. We had to go to town and buy tips for the pool cues, and had to but darts as well. Not a bad place all-in-all….but the pictures of gameroom were very misleading."

"The host was awesome and allowed us early check in! They always responded and was a pleasure to chat with them. The house was beautiful and we loved the location! My aging father stayed with us and the walk in shower was large and very accessible for him and spacious for us as well!! We will definitely stay again! Thank y’all so much for the hospitality and allowing us to extend our stay at a discount ! Y'all rock !! The fishing was decent and the neighbors were friendly!!"
