"My son and I booked a room here for 2 nights while our AC was broken at home. We chose it based on price, and close location to my workplace. We were expecting the bare minimum as it was a last minute deal, and priced more favorably than other hotels nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming staff- the owner takes a lot of pride in making her guests feel at home. The soft comfy beds, crisp clean linens, super hot shower and fridge and microwave were all above and beyond our expectations. I felt like I was at a friend’s apartment rather than a hotel. There was a hairdryer, plenty of towels, shampoo, iron, closet, drawers, lots of outlets- even a desk where my son was able to do his schoolwork. The air conditioning was icy cold and easy to set/change the temperature. The blackout curtains were EXCELLENT I slept so good I didn’t know what time it was. The tv has plenty of channels. The lobby had water and snacks for sale at all times, and every employee we interacted with was friendly. We will definitely check here first next time we need a room!"

"The room was fine but I was surprised and somewhat aggravated to find that after I had booked and paid for my room through Expedia I was asked to pay a $50 room deposit upon arrival! I have stayed at several Comfort Inns and this has never been asked of me. He said it would be refunded if there was no damage to the room when we left!!😳. We are both seniors traveling with no pets nor children, got there late and left the next morning without breakfast and the room was definitely left in good condition. When questioned about my refund he told me it would be 5 to 7 business days before I would see it credited on my card. This is somewhat frustrating to me. We won’t stay here again due to this practice."
