"Staff was very friendly. The first thing I noticed in the room was there was only one USB to charge a phone. Unfortunately it wasn’t working. The desk person quickly offered cubes. It looks like the facility had an update but not sure why USB ports were not part of the update. The beds were comfortable but high to get into. This would be unfortunate for an older person, a short person and for sure an older short person. "
