"My overall trip was excellent! My only issue was a slow draining tub, which was addressed immediately. It would be easy to make this location my go to at Panama City Beach!"

"The front desk staff was very helpful, the room was clean and great atmosphere at the pool. I just wish the parking lot wasn't a paid to park because even though we had free parking for having reservations it doesn't feel fair that we should park across the street."

"We would have left upon arrival if we had not already paid and had nowhere else to go. The closer we got to the building, the worse the property looked. You could not see into the office, the windows were so dirty. I understand it is Florida weather, but still. The interior of the office did not look clean. We made our way toward the elevators. The exterior hallways did not look as though they had been swept or blown off in ages. The interior of the elevators were nasty. Now, all of that being said, the rooms were great...at especially in comparison. They were clean. The beds had wonderful white sheets and the bathroom was clean. The floors were clean and furniture dusted. The maids were very nice and accommodating. The view was stunning. The drinks were good and the bartender was very friendly. The pool looked clean and nice. I gave the rating I did because we did thoroughly enjoy our stay. I would just suggest that the hotel turn more attention to the hallways, stairs and elevator. It's mostly a matter of cleanliness and not major fixes. Would I stay there again? I am not sure..."

"I was glad that I had clarified that I was on the beach side of the resort. Several times when I was in the lobby, there were upset guests checking in who thought they were beachside but were really across the street. Overall, the location is great. It is not a modern or well-kept resort but is practical (plastic upholstery on couches) and spacious. The closet was huge and there was a full kitchen. I did not expect daily housekeeping but we got it, which was great. The balcony was a plus. Bathroom is tiny and felt dated, but sufficed. Did not use the pool because the beach was why we were there."

"Beautiful views from our 4th floor room. Lots of room in our room. Awesome shower. Water pressure was great. Went down and asked for sheets for the sleeper sofa. They were delivered fast. It is an old motel but we will definitely stay there again. Be prepared to park across the street if you leave to go out at night."
