ウォルドルフの城

「The elevator was down and the ice machine was only on the second floor. Rooms were acceptable but could use a refresh. Plastic toilet seat which I thought was a cheap alternative. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was helpful and polite. Also not impressed that was awoken on Saturday evening as police banging on door (of course they informed me they had the wrong room).」

「Rooms were clean. Coffee in lobby was nice. Had to pay to park your car and no complimentary breakfast. Didn't like those 2 things.」

「Didn't like the one hour wait to get the room...it was well after 5 to be assigned a room....the television in the common area of the room didn't work and staff was notified but no one came to fix it. The fire alarm went off early am and had to get up and the rowdy guess...well the police was there for them several times throughout the night.」

「Front desk for check in and check out the service was exemplary!!」

「The room was organized once we came in. The place is almost like an apartment room, very comfortable.」

「レシートが後日メールで送信されるとのことでしたが、4，5日たっても送られてこず、督促していますが、未だに未受領です。」

「Stayed for a week oct 2026. The room was spotless. Gave a nice tip. Very convenient for me （wife） with a rental car. To me it should have been rated 9.5 with the breakfast.」

「Great stay. The hosts were very communicative and answered all questions. Everything was nicer in person and smelled really good. I have no complaints and would stay again」
