We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

Clean , good service and great location

Hotel connected to large mall. 6 - 8 minute walk to 2 different train lines. Lobby of hotel is on 2nd floor and little difficult to find. Free shuttle from mall to higashi ginza, ginza, and haneda terminal 3. 1 train station away from toyosu senkyaku banrai and fish auction.

If you’re getting in late prefect hotel Has everything you need

The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.

This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too. The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze. My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small. There were often 2 hour lines of folks waiting to get loads...

1 min. from the underground station and 1 stop to Haneda Airport terminal 3 . Very convenient for early flight , nice italian restaurant ang good food.

Rooms have lots of space, breakfast has variety and onsen is great after a long day of exploring the city

Great place to stay when visiting Tokyo

First stayed in Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki in 2024, only knowing it was near the train station. Stayed again in 2025 knowing what I know now — and will certainly stay here again in the future. The property was surprisingly spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel amenities (ex. laundry room, fitness, etc.) were the icing on top. But the service is the true slice of cake here. The staff are friendly and accommodating - very approachable and polite. They didn't care that we didn't speak Japanese;...

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. Very nice staff and accessible to quick trains and convenient stores

Excellent location with so much to do within walking distance. Multiple subway line with a 1-2 minute walk. Hotel and staff were wonderful, so pleasant and helpful. Help with Luggage storage and shipping was a great bonus for our group.

Compact as you’d expect in Tokyo area but jam packed with all the essentials. Location is great being steps away from the subway station and a 10 min walk from Shinagawa Station.(direct Narita Express train from the international airport) There is also a convenience store right around the corner as well as a grocery store near by.
