"For an American family of 4, the room with two full beds was extremely small with no chairs. They had extra mattress for the floor but not comfortable at all. Some staff had so much attitude while some smiled. The pool and Sauna is extra charge and doesn't come with hotel amenities. The hotel room had a nice view of the Tokyo city.
