"The place has very good customer service and is located near two different train stations. The only downside is that their bathrooms aren’t very well ventilated and if you get a twin bed room the leg space in the room is a little lacking. Other than that the place is very nice!"

"I thought it was ok for the price. Facilities were extremely clean and other guests were respectful of others. As a woman traveling by herself, I felt safe staying there overnight. It was my first stay at a capsule hotel and I wish I would have gotten more guidance from the staff when I first checked in. Staff did not speak English (which is fine, you're in Japan after all!) but was not necessarily welcoming or friendly when I was trying to ask questions. I felt like I was bothering them, but...

"We stayed here for 7 days during our trip to Japan. The room is larger than we expected. There are two walkable subway stations around, each is about 5-8mins walk. Reasonable price with no room service, but we are able to get stuff that we asked for."

"Stay was comfortable and convenient next to Kameido station. The only thing is that if you are really tall and wide, the room will be very small. Bathroom is tiny as well and our two luggage’s fit but did make it tight. Other than that, it was great "
