University of North Carolina at Charlotte Tours

From the moment we checked in with Tina (I believe) it was smooth sailing. She was fast and efficient and explained parking and everything we needed to know about the amenities and our room. Our room was very clean, the beds and bedding were extra comfortable, and the added bonus of the kitchenette was great. We only stayed one night for a concert nearby at the Spectrum Center and it was a fantastic location for that. Thanks to the gentleman who was working that Tuesday late night for helping me pick out a tasty snack too!

The staff was very pleasant from the valet parking gentleman, to the person who checked us in and to the person who checked us out.
