「The staff were friendly upon checkin and during our interactions with them while there. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette. The room was not fully cleaned when we came in and found multiple dirty dishes in the cabinets. The Kitchenette had a hot plate, a toaster oven, small coffee pot and a pot and pan. However plates, bowls and silverware were limited and we ended up having to buy paper plates and utensils for our stay. The pool worked for the kids and the hotel was prompt in shutting...

「Hotel is very tired. Location was handy to an event we were attending. Room was near the stairwell. Was extremely noisy as was main entrance to back of proper where bulk of parking is and is apparently a fire door and slams shut every time it’s opened. Reception staff was very courteous and friendly.」

「Sandman signature is very well maintained property, the hot tub was out during our stay. I had a kitchenette but was missing just about everything to actually cook. I liked that you need a key card to access room and parking. I would recommend this property as the staff did accommodate what they were able. Also, my visit was during a very busy weekend.
