「We chose this hotel because the price was right and we just needed somewhere to sleep for one night while returning from Vancouver. 「Friendly staff; Balcony was unsecured and not private; Balcony door had a ripped screen with a large hole in it, perhaps from a break-in; the air conditioner was extremely noisy and I had to turn it off to sleep. The exterior of the building was lodge-style as advertised, and the suite interior was spacious and clean. The price was only marginally cheaper than the more well known hotels in the town, and given the security issue, the sub-standard air conditioner and the damage to the balcony...

「The room was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful and parking was easy. The shower curtain rod was broken so the curtain slid into the middle. It would be helpful to have the TV up on the wall because the desk chair was in the way of viewing from both beds. Not a big deal, we weren't in the room much and could move the desk chair if we really wanted to watch tv. Much of what I expect for the price. Clean and friendly is the most important to us and they fully met our expectations. ...
