"Loved the heated floors in the bathrooms! Kitchen very well supplied with 18 dinner plates, all the cookware needed, even lots of spices. 3-story townhouse with lots of stairs. First story only has the entrance foyer and a boot storage hallway. 2nd story has kitchen, dining, living, deck with hot tub, full bathroom. 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor and full bathroom. 3 single adults in our group. 2nd bedroom pretty crowded with queen +bunks so 1 person slept in the living room on the sofa sleeper...

"What an amazing place for a family vacation! The property is very well taken care of. Having 2 teenagers, it was so nice to have the condo-style rooms with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/living area, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. The place is fully equipped with everything we needed to cook every meal while we stayed there. The outdoor pools and hot tubs were a noteworthy perk also. Our only complaint would be: while in the pool, we wanted to throw a football around and although there were no other guests in the pool, we were asked to put it away. I can understand if the pool was busy or the ball throwing was disturbing others; however, this was not the case. We saw the staff enforce a zero tolerance for balls and pool floats with several other families when the pool had plenty of space to accomodate those pool toys. Overall though, the room, the view of the lake, the location within town, the location to the lake and walk paths, the pool/waterslide/hot tubs/steam rooms were increbible. We will be back! "

"Everything was great about this stay, room,kitchenette, gym,pool,pool lighting at night was a nice touch.Beach was nice, Games on the side grass.Only thing that threw us off was the workers making really loud noises while we were still sleeping at 830am.Which we later found out was scaffolding in the restaurant. Our room was 122,very 1st room next to lobby and restaurant and the noise was so loud it woke us up and disturbed our peace so much that we couldn't enjoy the rest of our sleep. Why couldn't that be scheduled for atleast after 9am?? "

"We had family staying in 4 different rooms. 3 of them were disgusting and filthy, one had a tack in the bedsheets, and dirty used bedsheets with the floor not having been cleaned either. They came and cleaned the room and changed the sheets. Another room also had dirty used sheets on the bed and filthy carpet. Got moved to a new room that still needed sheets to be cleaned. Card reader didn't work and had to be let in by manage each time as they couldn't reset the lock. Coffee machine in room but had to buy coffee pods. We stayed here about 5 years ago and was fine. It has definitely gone down hill and we will not be back. "
