"Hotel is in one of the oldest and most historic buildings in Kamloops, and whilst quaint is sadly in need of some refreshing in areas. Car Parking is limited, but only costs $8CAD for the night. Room was comfortable, and overall clean and reasonably quiet. There is a bar underneath but that closed at 11. You are in the middle of town so noise is to be expected. Bathroom had water marks on the roof and a fair bit of dust in the corners, but toilet etc., we're clean. Water for the shower fluctuated in temperature from hot to cold. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. There are a lot of homeless people in the area, but I think this is the norm for Kamloops from walking around. We never felt unsafe though, and there was no-one approaching or hassling you. "

I have now stayed here on my last three trips through Kamloops and it is my preferred hotel in Kamloops. Clean, well appointed rooms and facilities, courteous and professional stall.
