"We chose this hotel because we needed 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. The rooms were big and all of the beds and the couch mattress were comfortable. However, when we pulled the couch out at night we could tell that the sheets had not been changed from the last guests so we had to go and get new sheets to put on. The employees we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine. One complaint we had was that the floor in our room was very dirty. We discovered this the first night and had to wear shoes the rest of the time we were in the room."

"My room was damaged and dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub. The curtains were damaged, and one was completely absent. There were stains on the walls and doors. The entire room needs an upgrade badly. Considering the Sandman Signature in Kamloops is one of the more expensive places to stay, I expected much better."
