"The rooms are spotless and the staff are amazing. Unfortunately the last room we had, 195, had an adjoining door to the next room that had been blocked off. There was quite a bit of residual noise from the next room. Not that the neighbors were excessively loud, I'm just very sensitive to sound. we'll make sure not to get either of those rooms next time. We've been staying here every year for almost 20 years and the only other issue we've ever had was the road noise from the highway on the other side of the building. Fortunately I travel with earplugs. The convenience of parking right outside the room, the location, very close to amenities, restaurants, anything you could need, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms makes Accent Inn my only choice when staying in Kamloops to visit our grown children. "

"Staff were kind and accommodating. Our room was very clean and spacious. The restaurant has great food and drinks. It's also close to other restaurants and stores so I'd say it's in a convenient location. I'd stay here again. "
