Had an excellent stay at Best Western Plus Kamloops Hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly and professional staff, and a great location close to everything. Breakfast was solid and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kamloops.

Kids loved the pool and water slide. Room was a nice size and the kitchenette was useful. The breakfast is excellent although strangely expedia only honors two breakfast vouchers for a room of 4 people. The hotel manager was kind enough to provide breakfast vouchers for all 4 of us.

The staff was courteous. Then we checked into our room, there were towels missing and a used wash cloth left hanging in the bathroom. We told the staff and they addressed this issue promptly. The door looked like it had been kicked in, as the door jam was loose and the door wouldnt lock properly. The room was clean and tidy. There was no breakfast offered, but there was a restaurant on site and the prices were high.
