Our stay at the hotel was very pleasing the bed was comfortable the rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The Internet was a bit weak but we managed. It would be nice if they had some sort of coffee service for the mornings.

La habitación se encontraba limpia, sólo que si le falta mantenimiento, el wifi la clave que proporcionaron no alcanzaba a llegar la señal a la habiltación. El agua caliente en el baño tardaba mucho en salir. La ubicación es buena, pero podría ser mejor la experiencia.

Cuenta con dos albercas, personal atento, inicialmente reserve 2 noches me quedé una más y no hubo problema aún cuando era para el sábado que se instala el tianguis de la plata y hay más visitantes me dieron prioridad

Soy persona de la 3ra y me mandaron hasta el último piso, toallas muy usadas, realmente no veo que el hotel esté lleno para que me fueran esa habitacion, la alfombra muy descuidada y muy diferente la habitación a las fotos
