Emporio Ixtapa Hotel was nice. The staff is very welcoming from start to finish, the food options were good. The room cleaning was punctual like always and everyone always answered questions very nicely. It’s not a luxurious hotel, but I would much rather stay at a central location hotel with amazing staff, good food, than an expensive hotel with the a bad beach, horrible food and workers who think they’re all that and a bag of chips. I would stay there again and again!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms and hotel were well maintained. Pool area was pretty, however it was really crowded and loud. The cabanas were functional for families with little kids, but obstructed the ocean view for others.

Very friendly staff. The property only had one functioning elevator which was awful. We paid for the all inclusive and the food was delicious. However, reservations are required in order to have dinner on the property. We failed to make reservations two days in a row because they no longer had availability at their restaurants.
