"Having stayed at a hotel near Tokyo DIsneyland last week, this hotel was a vast improvement in the way of convenience and location. Walking out of the train station and seeing everything was great. There are 3 Lawsons and a 7-11 between the station and the entrance to Universal Studios. There is only one washer dryer on each floor so I had to go 4 floors below my own to find a washer dryer that was available. The staff helped us with luggage forwarding. It was so great to walk 5 minutes to the hotel after a long day at Universal."

"Great location just at Bentencho station for JR line and MRT. Comfort is great. Really nice. But let me speak on behalf of the group inwas travelling with: the breakfast buffet was a joke. Osaka supposed to be food town but the selection (not the quality) was the worst of our trip. "
