I was told that they would be provided although normally each guest is only provided 1 towel and that they expected a "good" review for doing so. Next we were told that check in was at 4 and check out was before 10 although it clearly states check out is at 10:00 am. Loud live music played from a next door club from 6:00 PM until 12:00 AM. "The layout of the property is good, with laundry facilities! The down sides are: 1. No usb port; 2. The fire exit light is green and too bright at night that brighten the whole room. 3. The blinds are too light that didn’t block the sunlight. Wake up very early in the morning as the beds all face the windows."

"1階に泊まったが2階の宿泊者の足音が深夜2時までドンドンと継続して眠れなかった。wifiもコードが挿さっておらずこちらで対処して使えるようになった。せめてwifiはパスワードを入力したら使えるような状態になってるがを確認すべきです。ティッシュペーパーも数枚の状態で置かれておりエントランスの倉庫みたいなところにあるのを見つけて使いました。次の旅行者が快適に過ごせるような改善がされたらいいと思います。"
